It has one track (Business) and culminates in a board-ready transformation proposal. The Future Leaders Program (₦500K–₦750K, 6–12 months) is for graduates and early-career professionals with two tracks: Business and Technical. Both include capstone projects and placement support.

What's capstone project?

Every participant delivers a capstone project on a real organizational challenge. Leadership participants present a board-ready transformation proposal. Business track graduates deliver a comprehensive strategy with implementation plans. Technical track graduates build and deploy a production-grade digital product. The best capstones are adopted by SmartChain clients.

How competitive is admissions?

Cohorts are deliberately small (15–20 per path) to ensure meaningful mentorship and client exposure. We screen for aptitude, growth mindset, and commitment — not just academic credentials. For the Leadership Program, we look for 5+ years of professional experience. For Future Leaders, we accept recent graduates from any discipline who demonstrate strong analytical thinking and drive.

What happens after I complete the program?

Leadership graduates gain access to our executive alumni network across 20+ countries. Future Leaders graduates are matched to client roles or SmartChain positions. 90% of graduates are placed within 30 days of completion.
